Constructed from solid pine and highlighting clean lines along with natural grain patterns, this shaker style large Welsh Dresser offers ample storage and features fully adjustable shelves. This dresser stands out as an elegant piece and serves as the centrepiece of any kitchen or dining room. The unit is carefully built with a tongue and groove back on the rack. However, it can be customised to feature a smooth MDF back if preferred.
We craft our units using traditional methods, such as dovetail joints on the drawers and mortise and tenon joints on the doors. We carcass using pocket slot screws to ensure that our furniture is exceptionally strong and highly durable. This large Welsh Dresser includes a waxed pine or painted pine top. Oak tops are available for an additional charge. This unit is available in multiple designs, as shown in the photos above. This unit comes in two sections for delivery (base and rack). It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the dimensions of their property meticulously to ensure that the unit will fit through external and internal doors and/or narrow hallways and reach the intended destination (ground floor only). Worktops
18mm waxed or painted pine worktop included as standard.
For Oak worktops the additional cost is:
18mm solid oak worktop – £35 per ft
24mm solid oak worktop – £45 per ft
Handles & Knobs
Brushed nickel knobs and cup handles are included as standard as are wooden or painted knobs. We can source different designs upon request, this may incur extra charges.
Paint Colour
You can order this unit in any Farrow & Ball Colour of your choice. You do have the option to choose paint from a different range an at additional cost. If you would like your base unit to be painted inside there is a further charge of £100 for this.
Safety
All of our units come with a bracket to secure the rack and base section together. For extra safety we would recommend additional wall fixings to ensure the unit does not tip over, especially if your unit contains glass doors or a mounted television as these items can be heavy. Fixings can be purchased online or from any hardware store.
